On March 10 (the last day to do so), the Utah legislature passed the Senate’s amended version of the noncompete reform bill. For details about the bill, see Utah Noncompete Reform: Only Today Left. The bill now awaits action (or in action) by Utah Governor Gary Herbert. The Governor has until March 30 to sign or veto the bill. No action within that time will result in passage of the bill.
