Foley & Lardner will be offering a web conference entitled "PTAB Proposed Rule Changes: What's In and What's Out?" on August 27, 2015 from 12:00 to 1:00 pm (Eastern). Stephen Maebius and Paul Hunter of Foley & Lardner LLP will review the changes to post-grant proceedings proposed by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office on August 19, 2015 and discuss the potential impact on PTAB proceedings and legislation currently being debated in Congress.
